Precision OB/OS Solution – Know when a reversal is worth trading

RSI reaches overbought or oversold territory, but price keeps moving in the same direction. Enter too early, and you risk getting stopped out before the reversal begins. Wait too long, and the opportunity may no longer offer enough reward to justify the risk.

Precision OB/OS Solution helps traders navigate these decisions with a structured, 4-step Renko-based reversal framework built around Superior Keltner, Momentum Pro, and Superior RSI.

Rather than treating an extreme RSI reading as an entry signal, the solution guides you through a specific confirmation sequence:

1. Identify the market context – Look for a sustained directional move into overbought or oversold territory.
2. Detect the initial reversal – Use Superior Keltner to identify a meaningful countertrend reaction.
3. Confirm the momentum shift – Check whether Momentum Pro supports the potential reversal.
4. Validate the entry – Wait for final confirmation from Superior RSI.

With these conditions working together, you can distinguish incomplete setups from confirmed reversals, avoid acting on isolated signals, and recognize when an entry has become too late to justify the risk.

The solution also includes Sideways Filter to help identify noisy, range-bound conditions where reversal signals may be less reliable.

Instead of guessing when an extreme will turn into a reversal, follow a defined process to decide when to enter, when to wait, and when to stay out.
