In trending markets, the most reliable opportunities often come from: high-confidence trends, high-quality pullbacks, and riding the trend’s momentum to its completion. However, identifying those signals consistently – without entering too early or too late – is where most traders struggle.

Kraken Protocol was built to solve exactly that problem.

What the system is built on

Kraken Protocol integrates 4 components, each with a clearly defined role:

• Solar Wave RK → Defines market structure and directional bias
• RK-Sys Platinum v4 → Validates pullbacks and structural alignment
• VoluCandlez → Adds insight into participation and conviction
• Infinity Algo Engine$ → Executes trades with precision

Kraken Protocol is built on a simple but powerful idea: Markets move in structure – not chaos.

Kraken Protocol execution logic

Kraken Protocol is built around 4 structured entry sets.

Each one represents a different way of interacting with the market, depending on conditions and risk tolerance.

Set 1 – Structured pullback (Core Setup)

Objective: Capture continuation trades after a valid pullback within a strong trend.

• Step 1 – Confirm a strong trend
  Kraken Protocol identifies strong trends through dual confirmation from Solar Wave RK and RK-Sys Platinum v4. This helps avoid entries when the trend is weakening or nearing exhaustion.
• Step 2 – Identify a high-quality pullback
  The strategy looks for entry opportunities at a valid pullback candle, based on: Price Action & Alignment of 2 moving averages from RK-Sys Platinum v4
• Step 3 – Evaluate volume (VoluCandlez)
  VoluCandlez is used to assess market participation and strength:
  • To confirm conditions for automatic trade execution
  • Or to support decisions to hold trades longer when momentum remains strong
• Step 4 – Execute automatically
  Infinity Algo Engine$ will automatically execute trades once all conditions are met. From that point, traders should continue monitoring VoluCandlez to determine whether the position should be held longer.

Set 2 – Filtered continuation

Objective: Reduce weaker continuation trades by focusing on early phases of a trend.

• Step 1 – Confirm trend and wave phase
  To ensure trades are taken only when the market is trending clearly, not during sideways conditions, the strategy looks for entries when:
  • Solar Wave RK signals a strong trend
  • The market is from the second trend wave

• Step 2 – Identify a valid pullback
  The strategy continues to look for pullback opportunities using RK-Sys Platinum v4.

• Step 3 & 4 – Follow the same logic as in Set 1 (Volume evaluation and automatic execution).

Set 3 – Momentum continuation

Objective: Capture strong continuation or acceleration phases within a trend.

• Step 1 – Confirm a strong trend
  Entries are considered only when Solar Wave RK confirms a strong trend.

• Step 2 – Identify pullback (Price Action only)
  Pullbacks are identified purely based on price action, without relying on moving averages, using RK-Sys Platinum v4.

• Step 3 & 4 – Follow the same logic as in Set 1 (Volume evaluation and automatic execution).

Set 4 – Aggressive early entry

Objective: Enter early in a developing trend before full confirmation of continuation.

• Step 1 – Identify early trend formation
  The strategy looks for signals from Solar Wave RK when the trend is still weak and in early formation.

• Step 2 – Confirm with price and moving average
  The strategy uses the slow EMA from RK-Sys Platinum v4 to validate the strength of the signal candle:
  • If the signal candle is below the slow EMA → Sell
  • If the signal candle is above the slow EMA → Buy

• Step 3 & 4 – Follow the same logic as in Set 1 (Volume evaluation and automatic execution).

Role of VoluCandlez in Kraken Protocol

Within this strategy, VoluCandlez is not a direct trigger for automatic entries. Instead, it provides an important discretionary layer by:

• Increasing confidence during trade execution
• Allowing traders to assess momentum strength before entry
• Helping decide whether to hold or exit trades after entry
