Based on Entropy, the market is sorted out into 3 key phases:

Additionally, Entropy Voltex offers a clear visual representation of Entropy lines, classifying the market into three distinct phases and showing how to identify each phase:

Entropy Voltex gives specific trading signals based on the current phase and Entropy’s movement:

Buy Signal:

• When it happens: Entropy crosses from low to above the lower threshold, and the current candle is bullish.
• What it means: The market is transitioning from a stable phase into an upward trend, signaling that it’s a good time to enter a buy position.

Sell Signal:

• When it happens: Entropy crosses from low to above the lower threshold, and the current candle is bearish.
• What it means: The market is transitioning from stability into a downward trend, signaling a perfect opportunity to sell.

Confirmation Signal (Supplementary signal for holding a trade):

• When it happens: Both the fast and slow chaos score lines drop below the lower threshold and move toward zero.
• What it means: The market is deemed stable, and this signal suggests you might consider holding your current position, as the market is in a highly stable state.

Chaotic phase:
